November 10, 2023 - The Oregon State Marine Board (OSMB) is conducting a survey to learn about what types of boating activities Oregonians enjoy at different times of the year and on which waterways. It’s crucial recreational boaters are represented in this survey because it helps inform the OSMB about how to best serve us, and use our boating dollars.
This survey is open now through November 30, 2023. It is designed to allow you to provide details for as many boating experiences you enjoy each month by waterway, boat type, and activity from January 1, 2023, through June 30, 2023. Your input helps the OSMB better understand boater’s needs and preferences and is crucial in shaping their future decisions and improving services for boaters.
At that end of the survey the OSMB asks for additional details about the specific boating experience or the boating facility in which you accessed the water from. We highly recommend boaters take the opportunity to give feedback on recommend facility or safety improvements to the launches, docks or waterways you used.
